ATL Taxi Cabs, Inc. — booking, cancellation and charter terms.

Cancellations & refunds

All cancellations must be made by placing a phone call requesting the cancellation.
Customers may cancel their reservation up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a refund of any applicable deposit or prepaid amount.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable.

Each client is responsible for notifying us of all airline changes, delays, cancellations and missed flights.
Delayed flights are billed after flight arrival.
ATL Taxi Cabs, Inc. assumes no responsibility for flight information other than what is listed above.

Please observe our non-smoking policy. Smoking is not permitted in any of our vehicles.
Alcohol consumption and drug use are prohibited by law. It is illegal to stand through the sunroof.
Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
The client is responsible for guests and assumes full financial responsibility for any damage to the vehicle, whether by accident, neglect or intent, caused during the rental by them or any member of their party.
A fee of $100 applies for each carpet or seat burn. The sanitation fee is $250.
The driver may terminate the charter at any time without refund if they deem the party unruly or endangering the safe operation of the vehicle.
We assume no responsibility for articles left in vehicles.

ATL Taxi Cabs, Inc. will not be responsible for any delays or inconveniences due to traffic, unforeseen mechanical failures, or situations deemed an "Act of God".
ATL Taxi Cabs, Inc. reserves the right to substitute alternative vehicles in the event of an occurrence beyond our control.

Guaranteed on time, or your next ride is free — barring any unforeseen circumstance outside of our control such as weather, traffic and driving conditions.
$25 maximum.

The client assumes full financial responsibility for all payments due at the end of the charter, including overtime (which applies after the first 15 minutes beyond the prearranged time described on the run sheet), wait time, gratuity and damage fees, by accepting these terms and conditions.
