Terms & Conditions
All Cancellations must be made by placing a phone call requesting same. All refund requests must be made 48 hours prior to initial pickup date & time. Otherwise all deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations for Sedans and SUV's must be made at least 48 hours before expected pickup time. Limousines, Minibuses and Motor Coach 72 hours before of charter time will be billed at 100%.
Each client is responsible to notify us of all airline changes, delays, cancellations & missed flights. Delayed flights are billed after flight arrival. Please observe our non-smoking policy.
The client is responsible for guests and assumes full financial responsibility for any damages to vehicle whether by accident, neglect, or intent.
Any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. A fee of 100.00 for each carpet or seat burn. Sanitation fee is 250.00. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
Alcohol Consumption and drug use is prohibited by law. We assume no responsibility for articles left in vehicles. ATL Taxi Cabs, Inc. assumes no responsibility for flight information other than what is listed above. The Driver may terminate the charter at any time without refund if they deem the party unruly or endangering the safe operation of the vehicle.
It is Illegal to stand through the sunroof. Smoking is not permitted in all of our vehicles.
ATL Taxi Cabs, Inc. will not be responsible for any delays or inconveniences due to traffic, unforeseen mechanical failures, or situations deemed an "Act of God".
ATL Taxi Cabs, Inc. reserves the right to substitute alternative vehicles in the event of an occurrence beyond our control.
TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR: GUARANTEED ON TIME. OR YOUR NEXT RIDE IS FREE
Barring any unforseen circumstance outside of our control such as weather, traffic and driving conditions.
$25 MAXIMUM
Client assumes full financial responsibilities for all payments due at the end of the charter, including overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet, wait time, gratuity and damage fees by accepting our TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
